CANCELLATION & WEATHER POLICY
🔴 Customer cancellations: A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
🔴 Weather conditions: If the port is closed by the maritime authorities (Capitanía de Puerto) or conditions make the expedition unsafe, you will have the option to reschedule.
🔴 Refund guarantee: If rescheduling is not possible due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.

Not at all! This trip is great for beginners. We'll show you the basics before setting off and guide you throughout the experience.
What if the weather doesn't allow us to go out?
